Light Rail

On April 6, 2002, RTD light rail introduced a new line and unveiled new names. The new C Line opened in April, has an orange color designation and travels from Mineral to Union Station. The new portion of the C Line is the extension traveling through the Central Platte Valley, providing four new stations for a total of twelve stations along the entire line and a length of 13 miles.

The new stations are:

• Auraria West Campus
• INVESCO Field at Mile High
• Pepsi Center/Six Flags Elitch Gardens
• Union Station: Lower Downtown (LoDo)/Coors Field/16th St. Mall

The C and D Lines use the same set of tracks from Mineral to 10th and Osage and split into different tracks just north of the 10th and Osage station right at the edge of Auraria campus.

BroncosRide

Taxi cabs may be hailed after INVESCO Field at Mile High events at the corner of 20th Avenue and Clay Street or on Federal Boulevard.
