Prom
Thank you for considering INVESCO Field at Mile High for your High School prom! INVESCO Field at Mile High offers your group a unique and exciting venue to host your prom! This PROM package offered below is for groups over 250 guests. For smaller groups please call us directly to discuss other options and costs.
The package price for your prom in the United Club Level, West Lounge is $7,500.00 and is inclusive of the following:
- School Logo on all TVs and Projection Walls
- Dance floor
- Existing Game Day set of tables and chairs
- Table and staging for entertainment
- Facility Security Staffing
- Parking
- In-Room Audio/Visual (i.e. podium w/ mic, etc.)
- Field lights on for evening events
- Housekeeping and Engineering Services
- Applicable taxes
The above is based on:
- All events concluding by 12:00am.
- School entertainment vendors providing all audio/visual equipment.
- Set up available from 9:00am-4:00pm for setting up decorations.
- Doors to the stadium bowl will be opened after 9:00pm.
Additional fees may apply if the package is modified and/or additional cleaning fees are required following the event. The additional cleaning fees are subject to the stadium's discretion. Also, if your school requires off-duty law enforcement, we will arrange this for you at the standard Denver Police Department rates.
Additional opportunities:
- Discounted rates apply for March events.
- Custom Scoreboard messages & crowning on the field available at an additional cost.
Food and Beverage Services: There is no applicable food and beverage minimum but you are required to use our in-house caterer for your food and beverage service. You will contract with Centerplate separately and for sample menus and prices please contact:

Policies & Booking Information:
- The stadium has the option to upgrade your space to the United Club Level, East Lounge and will advise up to 30 days prior to your event.
- All guests must comply with stadium policies.
- The Deposit Schedule is as follows: A $1,000.00 deposit is due at the signing of the contract with 50% due of the package price due on or before October 31 of the year prior to your scheduled prom. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your scheduled event.
