Players Pavillion

The Players Pavilion is the newest and largest open space available for private events at INVESCO Field at Mile High! This space is conveniently located on the field level with the players’ tunnels serving as the main entrance. Additionally, for event suppliers the Players Pavilion is easily accessible with drive in, load in.

The rooms existing simplistic interior offers an event designer a blank slate in which to create an extravagant theme party or presentation stage! The walls are painted white, the floor is a smoothed concrete and the ceiling displays a technical grid that can simply be disguised with lighting or ceiling treatments.

For dining this space can accommodate up to 1,400 with sightline to a main stage or 2,000 for a reception. With direct access to the field, the Players Pavilion is often used in combination with the Sports Legends Mall or the Field Track for larger events such as awards dinner, convention celebration or picnic!

Catering Services:

You have the option to use either of our two in-house premier caterers for your food service and then you will work with Centerplate Catering for bar service, should you select to offer.

Room Rental Fees:

Evening rates are applicable after 5:00pm and also for Sunday – Thursday during the Holiday Season. Holiday rates are for any Friday or Saturday events that are scheduled from December 1 – December 31. Non-Profit Events will receive an additional 10% off the facility rental rates.

Rental Fees are inclusive of the following: Parking, 5’ Tables and Chairs (based on availability), security personnel, housekeeping, basic engineering services and all applicable tax. The rates are based on a four-hour event, with additional hours for set up and tear down at no additional fee. Additional event time can be accommodated at a rate of $500.00 per hour.
